Cruise/Ferry Terms And & Conditions
Check-In and Boarding:
Passengers must report at least 45 minutes prior to departure, and boarding closes 20 minutes before departure. A valid photo ID is mandatory for entry into the Port Area. Any passenger arriving after the ferry departs will have their ticket invalidated. The ticket is non-transferable and non-reroutable, and rescheduling is subject to availability with additional charges.
Passenger Responsibility:
Passengers are responsible for their own valuables and belongings. The management is not liable for any theft, loss, or damage to personal items. Security-removed articles, including nail cutters, knives, explosives, and inflammables, are prohibited in hand baggage. Smoking and liquor are strictly prohibited on the vessel by law. Pets and animals are not allowed on board.
Ticket Validity and Refunds:
Tickets are only valid for the specified sailing. Refunds will only be processed under certain conditions:-
1.Cancellations more than 48 hours before departure: Rs. 100 per passenger (no charges for infants under 1 year).
2. Cancellations between 24-48 hours: 50% of the base fare will be refunded.
3. Cancellations less than 24 hours before departure: No refund.
4. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method, and tickets once rescheduled cannot be canceled or refunded.
General Conditions:
Ferry service schedules may change without prior notice due to weather or operational requirements. The company’s liability is limited to the face value of the tickets only. In case of cancellations due to unforeseen conditions, such as bad weather or natural calamities, alternative arrangements or accommodations may be made at the passenger's expense. No refunds will be issued for services not utilized due to delays, overbooking, or route changes.
Safety and Liabilities:
Passengers must declare that they, including accompanying children, do not suffer from any major illness or ailment that could affect their safety during the journey. The carrier is not liable for any pre-existing conditions or consequences thereof. The company reserves the right to cancel or modify scheduled sailings due to bad weather or technical reasons, without any liability. However, passengers may claim a full refund or reschedule based on availability.
